Actors Theatre sincerely apologizes for suspending the rest of our 2012 -2013 season. This was a step we had to take. But if you purchased tickets to attend the theatre, we want to help you do just that. Our good friends at Arizona Theatre Company (ATC) and Phoenix Theatre (PT) have agreed to help us honor our contract with you. It may not be Actors Theatre but we love the work these companies do and strongly recommend you try them (if you haven’t before). For those who have tickets to A STEADY RAIN and/or GOOD PEOPLE, we have come up with a number of options:

1. Arizona Theatre Company and Phoenix Theatre have both graciously agreed to honor your tickets at any of their remaining productions in their 2012 – 2013 season – subject to availability. Show selections, descriptions, dates and redemption information can be found here. We encourage you to enjoy a night at the theatre. You will need your original tickets for these transactions. If you have lost single tickets or season tickets or printed tickets at home we can replace them for you.

2. Convert your purchase into a tax-deductible donation worth the value of your tickets. This offer is good until June 28, 2013. Just call or email me at 602.253.6701 or erica@actorstheatrePHX.org to confirm your donation.

3. If neither of the above options are acceptable and you would like a refund, we will work very hard to pay you back as quickly as possible.

If you take no action with us, ATC or PT by June 28th, 2013 your ticket purchase will be considered a donation. We will send you notification of your tax-deductible gift.
