Tickets are only $8/student with one free adult for every 10 students.

Actors Theatre's Student Matinee Series allows children to see live professional theatre where it is meant to be experienced - in the theatre. Students are treated to the same theatrical experience as adults paying full-price for a ticket: a professional theatre production, with sets, costumes, lighting and sound, in addition to incredible actors. Many of these children are seeing a play for the first time in their lives.

Children participating in the Student Matinee Series do more than attend the theatre: they receive Student Performance Guides distributed to teachers prior to attendance, and they have an opportunity to interact with the actors and crew after the performance. Corporate and foundation support allows student to participate and attend Actors Theatre productions for a nominal fee.

A Christmas Carol runs 90 minutes without an intermission.
