Actors Theatre is committed to continue to present a theatre experience that anyone can enjoy, regardless of budget. At least one performance of every production is "pay-what-you-wish" - which means anyone can attend and pay any amount! The Pay-What-You-Wish (PWYW) Performance is an outreach program making live, professional theatre available to students and community members in the Valley who may be on fixed or low incomes. Any amount is much appreciated - we do suggest a minimum $7 donation. (*suggested $10 donation for A Christmas Carol.)
PWYW performances for Stage West shows are held on the first Sunday matinee and the first new Wednesday 7 pm performance for each production EXCEPT A Christmas Carol. The dates for 2010-2011 are as follows:
- IN THE NEXT ROOM (OR THE VIBRATOR PLAY) - Sun. 10/31/10 2 pm and Wed. 11/10/10 7 pm
- A CHRISTMAS CAROL - Sat. 12/4/10 2 pm*
- THIS - Sun. 1/23/11 2 pm and Wed. 2/2/11 7 pm
- ANDY WARHOL: GOOD FOR THE JEWS? - Sun. 3/6/11 2 pm and Wed. 3/16/11 7 pm
- CIRCLE MIRROR TRANSFORMATION - Sun. 4/24/11 2 pm and Wed. 5/4/11 7 pm
Seating is limited for Pay-What-You-Wish Performances. Tickets are distributed on the day of the show one hour before curtain on a first come first served basis. There are no reservations for Pay-What-You-Wish Performances.
